Sometimes, I am lucky to receive compliments about my choice of eyeshadow, or my eyeliner, however, other times I am presented with the dreaded phrase which makes me want to roll my eyes very far back into my head; “you wear too much make-up“. I’ve never really been too fussed over the comment until recently, when I’ve had a moment to think about the statement.
When was it ever set in stone what ‘too much’ or even ‘too little’ is? Is it stated in the law? As far as I am aware, it is not. It’s an opinion. One which shouldn’t matter really.
